I would highly recommend Jackson MedicalSince Covid Delta, September 2021, this wonderful group has help me with some serious issues after covid. Some health issues have improved, others have healed completely. The staff and physicians have been nothing but kind, caring, & most respectful to me.Saturday October 11th 2025, instead of going back to ER, my cousin took me to Jackson Medical Urgent Care, I was having a heart attack, PA Kayla and staff worked quickly to get me to Mission Hospital. I shouldn't even be here, but I am, and JACKSON MEDICAL PLAYED A BIG ROLE, in SAVING my life!!!!! God put everything into place.Thank you SO Much Jackson Medical. I love you All!

The BEST experience ever! I’ve never had someone to Sit down and listen to my concerns like Jamie Reynolds- highly recommend. She’s sweet, great at listening, and taking action when needed. Patricia was great at taking blood samples- she’s a pro. 10/10 high recommend. Very clean office with nice decorations. Quick and Efficient!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jackson Medical Associates, but especially about Taylor Medlin, DNP. She is truly the reason my family chooses this clinic. As a mom of two boys, having a provider who is not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring and compassionate means everything.Taylor makes me feel completely comfortable every time we visit. She listens, never rushes, and always takes the time to explain things in a way that eases my worries. My boys adore her, and she has a special way of making both kids and parents feel understood and supported.She is hands down the best addition to the team at Jackson Medical Associates. I have been to quite a few urgent cares in my life and this one is outstanding. Sydney was phenomenal and took great care of me. You could tell she was really concerned and wanted me to feel better ASAP. I will definitely come back here. If you have any hesitations, don’t they are the best.
