Jill was very thorough and took time to hear us and explain things to us. She referred us to much needed specialists and went above and beyond in the office. The next day, she called me back herself - not a nurse or a medial assistant - to make sure we had all of the referral information, blood work results, and to see if we had any questions. It has made all the difference in the world to have her support, and we are so thankful for her dedication. Great team at Jackson Medical!
