Our family has been coming to JMA for about two years now, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them! I have been struggling with anemia for at least ten years, and Emily Crawford made me feel heard and seen. I didn’t feel rushed, explained all of my symptoms and concerns, and received a thorough examination. I am FINALLY in the green on my bloodwork and feeling better than ever. We have also seen Kalee, Taylor, and Sydney for urgent care or quick appointments, and they are absolutely phenomenal and caring! I also have to say amazing things about Jill Langley with my kiddo. She absolutely adores her - and so do we, the parents! Our daughter was diagnosed on the autism spectrum, and we’ve really struggled to find a provider that understands and knows what we need and how to best support her. Jill was very thorough and took time to hear us and explain things to us. She referred us to much needed specialists and went above and beyond in the office. The next day, she called me back herself - not a nurse or a medial assistant - to make sure we had all of the referral information, blood work results, and to see if we had any questions. It has made all the difference in the world to have her support, and we are so thankful for her dedication. Great team at Jackson Medical! Best care I’ve had in my adult life, and definitely the most outstanding care for my children.
