"I would highly recommend Jackson MedicalSince Covid Delta, September 2021, this wonderful group has help me with some serious issues after covid. Some health issues have improved, others have healed completely. The staff and physicians have been nothing but kind, caring, & most respectful to me.Saturday October 11th 2025, instead of going back to ER, my cousin took me to Jackson Medical Urgent Care, I was having a heart attack, PA Kayla and staff worked quickly to get me to Mission Hospital. I shouldn't even be here, but I am, and JACKSON MEDICAL PLAYED A BIG ROLE, in SAVING my life!!!!! God put everything into place.Thank you SO Much Jackson Medical. I love you All!"

"Dr Dodd helped me understand how to apply my medical treatment in such a way for me to grasp the proactive application of insulins. This was my initial consultation. He spent a lot of time with me and gave a full diabetic examination. I'm certain my PCP will be delighted with my treatment plan. I have moved twice, and this has been the best Endrocogist I've ever seen."

"My wife had vertigo, so we went Saturday afternoon to have her checked. She has an infection in her left ear. The person who examined her prescribed several medications to help resolve her issues."
"This was my first visit since moving to NC and noticed their parking lot can get full quickly esp since they share parking lot with the facility across from them but nevertheless the building once you walk in is absolutely gorgeous and the exam rooms compliment the entire style and is very cohesive. My provider, Lydia Teague, is absolutely amazing, funny and thorough and explained all the services they offer in house such as blood work which is crucial because it saves you an extra step from going to a different facility in order to get the results needed. They utilize a portal that provides a lot of features such as blood work results and notes from the visit. I schedule a follow up for next year and look forward to utilizing their services."

"This place is AWESOME! Bridgette went above and beyond for us! My papaw is 96, and had to be seen. They worked so hard, so, he wouldn’t have to sit and wait for a long time. Deborah, the FNP, was very thorough, and didn’t just dismiss him, unlike the ER. Very professional! They genuinely care about people!"

"What a great practice!! I had two very sick young kids in town for the holidays so I gave their office a call hoping to get in and they gladly accepted us. We had curbside service, it was extremely fast and all of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!!!!"

"Took a 3 year old for a COVID test and the staff were extremely patient and friendly to make him comfortable for the test. We stayed in the car the whole time. There was no wait and no appointment needed. Everything about the experience was excellent- Highly recommend!"
"This place is fantastic. I didn't get the woman at the front desks name but she was very nice, and helped me get everything situated for my visit. After that I only waited about 10 minutes to be called back by Tammy who was very friendly and professional. She was very easy to talk to and listened to any and all concerns I had. She then introduced me to Coral who was also an absolute delight to visit with. I had asked about the gene swabbing program which Coral explained to me in great detail. She was also extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond to give me any answers I needed pertaining to my visit. I was then seen by Teneisha Richards who treated me extremely well. You can really tell she wants to help you. I got that vibe from everyone here. They aren't just collecting pay checks they genuinely CARE about the people they see and this was just my first visit. Mrs Richards made me feel comfortable and cared for, and again, all my questions and concerns were addressed and taken care of. I was then turned over to Keaira who took my blood in the lab. This can always be a scary part of any doctor visit but Keaira was so good at what she does. Friendly and professional like everyone else. She made my experience virtually painless and quick. I have been to other labs where giving blood was painful and stressful, but not here. Great job to everyone at this office and whoever manages/owns it. I will be back from now on as well as my family members and friends. Highly recommend to everyone! Thanks again! I look forward to my next visit! See you all soon!"
